Energy Certification is a mandatory legal requirement for the sale and rental of residential real estate or services. Before sale or lease, non-energy-certified buildings must undergo a process of energy assessment and certification, avoiding the payment of considerable fines.
The Energy Certificate (CE) is a document that evaluates the energy efficiency of a building or building on a scale from A + (very efficient) to F (poorly efficient). Energy certification of buildings gives owners and users of buildings information about their energy performance. For new buildings, it serves as a mechanism to verify compliance with the thermal requirements to which these buildings are subject. For existing buildings, it serves as an element of promotion and a basis for the development of measures to improve energy performance, reducing energy bills and increasing thermal comfort.
The Energy Efficiency of Buildings - Efficient Buildings is due to a wide set of elements duly conjugated, where the most diverse specialties of engineering can be seen. On the one hand, we have the consumptions of the installed equipment, on the other hand the constructive dispositions that by their intrinsic characteristics have an important impact in the energy consumptions and the quality of the interior air.
The study of the energy efficiency of a building, goes through the performance of an energy audit to the existing one depending on the use of the building: residential, services or industry.

We used Thermography, a non-destructive technique of building analysis, fast, economical and extremely powerful, to detect the existence of inconsistencies in the temperature patterns of the building elements. Differences in temperature patterns by norm reflect the existence of anomalies.
The thermography in buildings has several applications, the detection of causes of visible pathologies or as a preventive engineering instrument, discovering pathologies that do not yet have visible causes.
